As Ken and I settle into what appears to be a relaxing summer, we can’t help and reflect on the recent adventures we’ve had as a result of the sovereign debt crisis in Greece. Not only did the strikes threaten to ruin our dream trip to Athens and the Greek Islands, but they also led to a realization that the two of us have become quite savvy travelers, avoiding any real mishaps in the midst of violent uprisings.
